Mr. Stephen Komorek is a U.S. Army veteran and seasoned intelligence and investigations professional with nearly two decades of experience in special investigations, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and high-stakes international operations. His distinguished career has centered on uncovering complex fraud schemes, conducting sensitive national security investigations, and directing special investigations in some of the world’s most challenging environments.

Mr. Komorek has worked with multiple U.S. intelligence and federal agencies, supporting missions that spanned intelligence investigations, counterterrorism, and global compliance enforcement. His professional experience includes securing the release of an American citizen from a Chinese prison, conducting war crimes investigations in Ukraine, and leading life-saving evacuations of Afghan allies following the fall of Kabul. These missions required a unique blend of investigative skill, diplomatic coordination, and operational leadership under pressure.

In addition to his field experience, Mr. Komorek has directed corporate investigations involving fraud cases valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, sanctions evasion, and international money laundering.
