Daniel M. Stinson

Mr. Daniel M. Stinson is a business owner, multi-service U.S. veteran, strategic intelligence operator, and seasoned government contractor with more than four decades of experience supporting U.S. intelligence and Special Operations across the globe. His distinguished career spans direct operational service in austere environments, the design and deployment of specialized acquisition and intelligence programs, and the leadership of entrepreneurial ventures that continue to support U.S. national security today.

Mr. Stinson has conducted operations, training, and intelligence support in over 40 countries, with nearly five years of ground-level deployment in Afghanistan. His operational expertise includes intelligence collection, liaison services, counter-narcotics, counter-terrorism, counter-kidnapping, global logistics, and security risk management.

After serving 12 years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps and 3 years in the Reserves—where he was a founding member of a tactical SIGINT ground reconnaissance unit—Mr. Stinson transitioned into the contracting world. In 1994, he supported U.S. efforts in Haiti as Operations Manager for the International Police Monitor Force and later served as Logistics Director overseeing U.S. contracting operations in the country. From 1995–1996, he acted as Contractor Liaison Officer to the U.S. Department of State during Operation Joint Endeavor, managing acquisition, logistics, and personnel movements throughout the Balkans.

In 1996, Mr. Stinson co-founded Radio Reconnaissance Technologies, Inc., securing multi-million-dollar contracts with organizations including JSOC, USASOC, USMC, Naval Special Warfare, and the CIA. Over the following years, he managed U.S. Government contracts worldwide, providing training, intelligence support, and counter-terrorism assistance in diverse theaters. From 2002 onward, he staffed and deployed a 75-person team of elite specialists to support the Global War on Terror, including UAV operations, find/fix/finish missions, and advance party deployments into hostile areas.

Mr. Stinson has also led private-sector security efforts, serving as Global Crisis Response contractor to Royal Dutch Shell during Hurricane Katrina and providing security assessments for Halliburton both domestically and abroad. He continues to provide personnel to the intelligence community under government contracts through his companies.

In August 2021, under his call sign “Santa-6,” Mr. Stinson was appointed Special Advisor to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and played a key leadership role in the evacuation of over 15,000 Afghans during the fall of Kabul. Later that year, he was appointed Special Envoy to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan by the Charge D’Affaires in Abu Dhabi, overseeing humanitarian care and resettlement operations. Most recently, in 2024, he coordinated a Special Operations-led security mission in Haiti to safeguard an orphanage threatened by gangs, deploying drone support, security training, and coordination with local forces.

A linguist certified in Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Spanish, French, Ilokano, and Haitian-Creole, Mr. Stinson has consistently leveraged his cultural expertise alongside his operational skills. 

As an entrepreneur, he has founded and co-founded multiple contracting organizations, including Radio Reconnaissance Technologies, Inc., Global Business Solutions, Inc., Raven Group International, Inc., and Black Feather Group, Inc. He also serves on the advisory boards of several companies and nonprofit organizations.

Most recently, Mr. Stinson founded The One God Foundation (www.1godfoundation.org), a nonprofit dedicated to Freedom for the Oppressed, Veterans Support, and Anti-Human Trafficking.
